Chicken Tenders

Ingredients for Marination:
Milk ½ cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Hot sauce 3 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Chicken (boneless strips) 500 g

Ingredients for Coating & Frying:
Kurkure Toofaani Mirch crumbs (1 packet)
All-purpose flour as required
Eggs (beaten) 3
Oil (for frying) as required

1. In a bowl, add milk, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, red chili powder, hot sauce, chili garlic sauce, ginger garlic sauce, egg and Mix well until well combined.
2. Add chicken strips and let them marinate for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
3. Chop Kurkure Toofaani Mirch in a chopper until crumbs are formed.
4. Take a marinated chicken strip, dust in flour, dip in eggs and then coat with kurkure crumbs and deep fry until crispy and cooked through.
5. Serve. Your Chicken Tenders are ready.

Cooking time: 15 mins
