Chicken Tikka Biryani Recipe is the famous Indian delicacy of Punjabi Cuisine. Boneless Chicken Thighs are marinated in a mix of Yogurt and Spices, then cooked in the Pot for making delicious homemade Tikka and finally mixed with Long Grained Rice.
Chicken Tikka Biryani Ingredeitns –
3 Tbsp Oil
1 cup Onions (sliced) ?

500 gm Chicken Thigh Boneless ?
1/2 cup Curd
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tomatoes (quartered) ?
1 Bay Leaf
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
3 Black Peppercorns
3 Cloves
4-5 Green Chillies (Hand Torn)
1/2 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
300 gms Long grain Rice (half-cooked )
3/4 cup Water
1 cup Full Fat Milk ?
3 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tbsp Water
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Fried Onions
Mint Leaves
