INGREDIENTS
-1 and 1/2kilo chicken thigh fillet and bone in (coz I have both)
-4Tbsp calamansi juice
-6Tbsp soy sauce (NOTE!!! “6Tbsp” is the correct amount.. “6Tsp” in the video is an error in typing.. sorry and thanks for understanding)
-ground black pepper to taste
-3Tbsp cornstarch
-cooking oil for pan frying
-1pc chopped onion
-4cloves chopped garlic
-3pcs onions for onion rings
