Hello & welcome to the Views Kitchen, In today’s recipe, we will be showing you how to make Pabazos. A classic Mexico City Street food that is similar to a torta. Lathered in an adobo sauce then fried keeping the exterior crispy and the inside soft and flavorful. Ingredients
Oil
Telera or choice of similar bread
7 guajillo chiles (remove stem and seeds)
1/2 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1/4 chicken broth or 1/4 cup warm water + 1 Tsp chicken bouillon of choice
8 Oz of chorizo
1 large potato
Salt to taste (for chorizo potato)
Filling- Lettuce, salsa verde, Mexican cream, queso fresco, or choice of cheese such as cotija
*for a spicy sauce- add 4 chiles de árbol to your sauce blend
