EASY Beef and Rice Instant Pot Recipe

In this easy cooking video, I cook some beef and rice in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy recipe are 1 lb of beef stew meat, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of water, and about 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables.
